At The Trail, we want you to be fully equipped for your next adventure, so we offer a 30-day window for returns on all unused gear in its original packaging. If your equipment doesn't meet your performance standards, we are committed to making it right.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original boxes with all tags attached, ensuring the gear is clean and has not been used on the trail.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand over your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
